Message subject : panic-selling over past few days

This a.m. I read a newspaper item that says some institutions were panic-selling over past few days, although no names were mentioned.

Well, if this report is to be believed, then God help all investors who have money in these institutions!!! Can institutions "gamble" with the small investors' money?

Any others have views on these practices?
