Message subject : Hot Float - Solar Energy Systems

This message was posted by Jason Dempsey on November 19, 2000 :

For those interested in the rapidly growing renewable energy market, you should take a close look at Solar Energy Systems. They are offering 20,000,000 shares at 25c with a 1 for 4 free attaching option. Demand is high, and the float is likely to close early, maybe even by Friday. A couple of other points to be aware of:

They are an approved United Nations Supplier (!!!). Water and power in underdeveloped nations is big business.

High powered board - e.g. Cathy Zoi, ex Chief of Staff, White House Office on Environmental Policy. Advised Bill Clinton directly on environmental matters. Also Ex CEO, Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA), NSW. Pretty impressive!

Revenues have tripled over the last 18 months.

The solar industry is growing at 40% per year. Paints a bright picture for the future of players in this sector.

They have multiple products using state of the art technology, and will have a post float market cap of only $10M.
