Acquisition of Ozemail Internet to Proceed
Damien Brady, the Chief Executive Officer of eisa Limited, confirmed
today that eisa remains on track to complete its capital raising
programme as part of the acquisition from UUNET of the OzEmail
Internet residential business.
Damien Brady said "Notwithstanding the decline in the market
yesterday, eisa remains confident that with the benefit of its
strategic investors and partners; f2, ANZ, Hastings Funds Management
and Disney, that it will conclude its current capital raising
programme within the timeframe originally envisaged. Eisa is a
quality company with a strong business outlook that is being
supported by these leading companies."
