My charts are not refreshing, why?

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer: 
Click tools on your browser menu bar, then internet options, then click the 
settings
button and select every visit to the page. Click the delete button 
to clear your browser history. 

If you are using Netscape 
Click edit on the browser menu bar, then preferences. Click advanced
then cache and select 'document in cache is compared to document on 
network'  every time.
