Message subject : The market should head north

This message was posted by BillMe on April 20, 2000 :

my own opinion is that when easter is out of the way the market will head north . i have moved from 30%invested to 50%invested some of the prices on offer are very tempting .the us economy is still strong oil prices will be lower over the us summer still no sign of inflation other than mortgage rates and fuel this correction has taken the heat out of asset inflation greenspan must surely find it hard to justify another rate hike .profits in most us companies are stronger than forecasts . aussie economy in good shape company profits strong , hard to see the gloom . i may be wrong of course i often am so a 50/50bet seem safe even if the market has got a bit of down in it it surely cant be much .
